There is yet another change in the main cast of the upcoming action packed sequel for the Hindi movie Race. According to sources, Jacqueline Fernandez has been finalised for the main lead of the movie.
It was previously decided that the Race sequel was to be led by Deepika Padukone and Sonakshi Sinha. However, due to clashing professional commitments, Sonakshi is now being dropped and the Sri Lankan femme fatale Jacqueline Fernandez is being roped in to take the role.
According to Ramesh Taurani, Sonakshi was already committed to Dabanng 2 and thus the clashing dates. But now it has been decided that Jacqueline will be perfect for the Race 2 character, not to mention that she is a brilliant and upcoming actress.
To be noted here is the fact that according to Taurani, neither the script nor the character have been altered in anyway to accommodate the super sexy Jacqueline and shooting will commence as planned in the first week of November 2011 and release is all set for November 2012.
